The Alachua County Land Conservation and Management Program is hosting a public meeting to discuss proposed public access improvements at Four Creeks Preserve. The meeting is on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Trinity United Methodist Church Youth Building (4000 N.W. 53rd Avenue, Gainesville). Attendees will receive information and the opportunity to comment on the proposed public access improvements and proposed management plans for the preserve. No RSVP is necessary.
Citizen input can be given at the meeting or by submitting written comments to the email address below or by hard copy to the Alachua County Office of Land Conservation and Management, 408 West University Ave., Suite 106, Gainesville, FL 32601.
Four Creeks Preserve is a 715-acre nature preserve located in northwest Gainesville between U.S. Highway 441 and N.E. 43rd Street. The preserve was purchased jointly by Alachua County and the City of Gainesville on September 25, 2018.
