The UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office is pleased to announce the following Environmental Horticulture program for January 2023. This program is being offered by Dr. Cynthia Nazario-Leary, Environmental Horticulture Agent, and Master Gardener Volunteers.
Vines – January 10, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Alachua County Ag Auditorium (22716 W. Newberry Road, Newberry)
This presentation covers many varieties of vining plants, their attributes, some problems that can arise, and ending with what are the best vines for our growing zone. Whether participants grow vines for vegetable gardens or ornamental gardens, they will learn more about these wonderful plants that can help beautify their landscape.
There is no registration fee, but participants must
register online. This class is limited to 100 participants.
