January Family and Consumer Sciences Program

The UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office is pleased to announce the following Family and Consumer Sciences program for January 2021. This program is being offered by Martha B. Maddox, Family & Consumer Sciences Extension Agent IV.

Food Preservation - Jams & Jellies… Great Gift Ideas – January 21, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This is a Zoom webinar (with Melanie Thomas and LuAnn Duncan)

Topics for this webinar include making canned and freezer jams and jellies, equipment needed, food safety guidelines, water bath guidelines, and methods.

There is no registration fee, but participants must register online. Once registered, participants receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. This webinar is limited to 250 participants.
