The Alachua County Board of County Commissioners is seeking applications for the Local Sports Destination Enhancement Grant Program. In order to support and enhance Alachua County as an interesting and vibrant destination for sporting events, the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners has allocated a portion of the Tourist Development Tax revenue to aid in this effort.
Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019, at the Alachua County Visitors and Convention Bureau, 33 North Main Street, Gainesville, Florida 32601. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
