UPDATE: As
County staff will remain focused on monitoring the storm and the public
may not want to travel to the meeting, the 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September
3, 2019 County Commission Special Meeting has been postponed to a
future date.
The Alachua County Commission will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. The meeting begins at 1:30 p.m., in the Grace Knight Conference Room, located on the second floor of the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).
The meeting agenda includes:
- Broadband Access Presentation
- Community Agency Partnership Program (CAPP) Policy Discussion
- Request to allow Building Inspectors previously employed by the County to be eligible for the pool of temporary/contract workers
