The Florida Department of Health in Alachua County (DOH-Alachua) is accepting COVID-19 vaccination appointments for children ages 5-11. Appointments can be made by calling 352-334-8810 and will be available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning Monday, November 15, 2021.
“Getting a free COVID-19 vaccination prevents expensive and painful hospitalizations,” stated DOH-Alachua Administrator Paul Myers. “Getting vaccinated protects family, friends, and those one comes into contact with.”
