e-Notify

You can sign up to receive courtesy text or email reminders of criminal court events sent 2 weeks, 7 days and 1 day before the scheduled event. Any interested person can sign up.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the user will get reminders of the new event date/time, however, it can take up to 3 business days for e-Notify to have updated information due to statewide syncing limitations.

This is a courtesy service, if there is any question about the date or location of an event, verify this information with the clerk.

To locate your case, search by the UCN number

        [no spaces, keep leading zeros and add 5 trailing Xes]

e-Notify only returns cases that are open. For new or newly reopened cases, it may take up to 3 business days for e-Notify to capture the case.

If the case cannot be located and it is not new, compare the number to the case paperwork or search our online court records site by the defendant's name to verify the case number. Search Case Now

If you are still unable to find the case, please e-mail enotify@flcourts.org with the UCN case number and full party information and an e-Notify staff person will respond to your inquiry within 72 hours.

If the case is listed as closed or disposed and an event has been scheduled, please contact enotify@flcourts.org with the UCN case number and full party information and an e-Notify staff person will respond to your inquiry within 72 hours.
