County Adopted Maximum Rates for Non-consent Towing and Storage

For towing rate disputes, send an email to Codes@alachuacounty.us​

Please include: 

• Your name​
  
• Telephone number
• Address
• Your vehicle tag number
• Date the vehicle was towed
• Location the vehicle was towed from
• Towing company name
• Towing company telephone number
• Towing company address
• A copy of your receipt for the amount paid to the towing company

Please allow 72 hours for a response to your dispute.​
