  • Contract Record Access: The County has instituted on-line Contract Record Access.

  • By selecting the following link you will be sent to Contract Record Search Portal: http://alachuacounty.cobblestone.software/public/Default.aspx

  • In this Portal you may search for Contract records by six parameters:
    • ​Vendor Name: the contracted Vendor
    • Contract Title: similar description below
    • Contract Number: the County assigned number
    • Department: the County Department that is managing the Contract
    • Description Summary: the work being accomplished
    • Agenda Item: Either a Chair signed Contract or a County Manager signed Contract

  • All Contract Records are available on this portal. Contract documents that are finalized since July 1, 2024 may also be accessible through the selected link. If a desired Contract document is not available, please initiate a Public Records Request below.
