RealAuction accounts for the Alachua County Clerk that have had no financial activity since December 31, 2020, will be forfeited pursuant to Florida Statute 116.21 if no refund request is made before September 1, 2022.

To request a refund log into your RealAuction account at https://alachua.realtaxdeed.com/index.cfm (tax deed sale deposits) or https://www.alachua.realforeclose.com/index.cfm (foreclosure sale deposits) and request a refund.
Refunds via ACH can only be made if you have only created ACH deposits and the account information has not changed since the last ACH deposit. If you request a refund in RealAuction via ACH, please make sure your account information has not changed since the previous ACH deposit you have made. If your bank account information has changed, please request refund by check and verify the address on Real Auction is correct.
Deposits made by cash or money order will only be refunded via check. Please make sure the address on RealAuction is correct.
